Ensuring your canisters are installed properly is the best way to avoid robot downtime.
Check that the canisters are assembled properly.
Make sure the B latches are flat against the canister and the pin shaft is horizontal and clicked in all the way.
Ensure the Paddles (green and yellow) are inserted in the right direction:
Metal shufflers should only be used for leafy greens in the larger outer canisters.
Please insert these first before filling with ingredients.
When installing the canister inside the robot, make sure that each canister securely connects with all 4 points in its designated slot on the carousel. 4 points = 2 pins and 2 clips.
New Clips (White)
If your bottom clips are white, 'Hang and Push' the canisters to ensure all 4 points are connected.
Canister Tug Test
Complete a tug test after installing each canister by pulling the top and then the bottom of the canister towards you. The canister should feel secure.
