Your food robot’s temperature is not functioning as expected. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take.
Over 45 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes after a re-stock means your temperature is too high.
Over 45 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes any other time means your temperature is too high.
When this happens your robot will likely become disabled.

Before troubleshooting, please capture any videos or take photos that could be helpful to resolving your issue and email them to email@example.com or text them to 831-246-9268.
Verify temperature status on the robot by signing into the Admin menu on the computer via https://analysis.chowbotics.com/ and observe the temperature.
At the top of the screen, you should see a green dot as a status icon. If the dot is green, the robot has recovered.
If the temperature status on the robot is a red dot sign into the Admin menu and observe the temperature.
