Your food robot’s carousel is stuck. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take.

Documenting the issue:
Before troubleshooting, please capture any videos or take photos that could be helpful to resolving your issue and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or text them to 831-246-9268.
Identify where the carousel is getting stuck by opening the door and gently rotating the carousel by hand.
Identify where the carousel is getting stuck and what is likely causing the robot to go out of service.
Perform an installation check: Verify canister is installed correctly onto the carousel. Make sure the top of the canister is slotted correctly on the top and make sure the bottom tabs are clicked into place.
Identify if it’s a canister or something else causing the issue. If it’s a canister issue, then remove the canister and reseat the canister.
Verify the orientation of the pin shaft head is horizontal - and not vertical. Rotate the pin shaft and paddle so pin that shaft is in horizontal positions.
