No connectivity is when your robot is not communicating sales data, temperature or process payments.
Robot has a message that it is not connected to the internet. Go to the robot and look at the tablet.
Robot will either be online or offline
If offline, call Support so Support can diagnose the issue. Customer Support will use internal tools to troubleshoot the connectivity issue.
